Terms, Refunds & Limitations
Responsibility After Handover
Once the buyer or new owner confirms successful access to the account, the transaction is considered final.
After this point, DigitalVault is not responsible for:
future recoveries attempted by previous owners
bans, restrictions, reviews, or enforcement by game publishers
platform changes or updates that affect the account
long-term access stability
issues arising from the user’s own actions
These factors remain outside our control.
Refunds & Compensation
Refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed for any event that happens after access is confirmed, such as:
account recovery
loss of access
publisher actions
security or platform issues
In rare situations where something unexpected occurs early in the process
(before the transaction is fully finalised), DigitalVault will always assist in coordinating a resolution between both parties — but outcomes depend on the situation and are not guaranteed.
Limits of Our Role
DigitalVault is not a publisher, does not control game systems, and cannot override platform decisions.
Our responsibilities do not include:guaranteeing permanent ownership
guaranteeing immunity from recovery attempts
providing compensation for publisher decisions
providing refunds on behalf of sellers
We guide and support — but ultimate control always lies with the platforms and original creators.
Acknowledgement of Risk
By using our services, all users acknowledge that:
digital account trading naturally involves risk
long-term account outcomes depend on publishers and original creators
no intermediary can fully prevent recoveries, bans, or unexpected issues
Our job is to reduce confusion, improve organisation, and make the process as safe and transparent as possible — but not to guarantee outcomes we cannot control.
